About
Working with clients to find grounding and direction as they adjust to transitions, heal trauma, form a healthy personal identity, and overcome shame so that they can step into life with genuine presence is one of my greatest joys.
My approach towards therapy is relational and trauma-informed. Often, I find that people are aware of the hurdles keeping them from living life to the fullest, but can benefit from professional support in actively working through them instead of staying stuck in a cycle.
I’m happy to offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if I would be a good fit for your needs and goals, and to give you a chance to ask questions you might have. I am seeing clients both in-person and through telehealth.
