I specialize in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families. I work with individuals who have experienced trauma and are living with anxiety and depression. I am trained in approaches using TF-CBT, The Gottman Method, Sex Education, and Family Systems theories. There is no one-size-fits-all, so I hope that together, we can find the perfect fit.
