Hi! I am in the process of changing offices and scheduling new clients for the first week of September! Mainecare only. — Many of my clients have been diagnosed with PTSD, CPTSD, Depression, Anxiety, neurodiversity: ADHD, ASD, AuDHD. They are looking to improve nervous system regulation and resilience, create lives beyond trauma patterns. I also have experience working with those navigating disabilities, suicide & self-harm ideation, psychosis, chronic illness, gender, sexuality, sexual abuse, eating disorders, perfectionism. I draw on mindfulness, MBCT, IFS, am sex positive, kink allied, affirming of Poly, ENM & ally for LGBTQIA.
My therapeutic style is grounded in trauma-informed care, (my Masters included a certificate in Trauma Practice) embodiment, mindfulness, attachment theory, and a strengths-based perspective informed by neuroscience and current research. Spiritually: my teachers have been Buddhist/spiritual, I attend a Christian church, & am Jewish on my father’s side.
I see a varied demographic, in-person & via telehealth. Some clients lean alternative, have tattoos, are artists, into Astrology, spirituality, & we can integrate all these in session. I see atheists, too.
