I have experience working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds experiencing trauma, chronic stress, relationship breakdowns, and instability. I find passion in helping clients navigate difficult life experiences, regain a sense of agency and self-compassion, and address relational dynamics.
I tailor my approach based on the specific needs of each person I work with and aim to provide a sense of empowerment through a person-centered, trauma-focused lens. I primarily incorporate practices of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment theory. I have completed my level one training in IFS through IFSI.
