I'm a complex trauma therapist who helps neurodivergent women, or those who question they might be, heal their trauma for lasting change. I work with those who feel overwhelmed, struggle with people pleasing, and/or experience chronic pain and illness including those with Fibromyalgia, POTS, EDS, and Endometriosis. You can expect to gradually dip deep, heal inner shame, and learn skills for setting boundaries and regulating your emotions/uncomfortable body sensations. Have a limited schedule for therapy and are looking for relief? I provide therapy intensives on weekends to help you regulate and heal at a more rapid pace.

I often work with those who are socially anxious, feel self-conscious, or have had difficulty with talk therapy in the past. I work with neurodivergent (ADHD, Autism, and HSP/Highly Sensitive Person) women and gender non-conforming folks. I use therapies that involve less talking and more connecting to the body alongside connecting to Parts of ourselves.

I know how hard it can be to struggle with the overwhelm of trauma especially if you are navigating chronic health conditions or are neurodivergent.
