About
As a therapist, I primarily work with those who are looking to heal from trauma. The clients I work with are feeling anxious, depressed, and often unsure of what needs attention in their life. Life can be complicated and full of unexpected triggers. Clients I work with are trying to better understand themselves and their past so that they can create a better future for themselves.
Using a holistic perspective and modalities such as EMDR, dialectical behavioral therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy, I believe in uprooting negative beliefs, understanding their origins, and developing healthier coping patterns for the future.
I want clients who work with me to feel like they’ve found a safe place to land after their world was forever altered by circumstances that are often out of their control. I want my clients to feel like they’ve found someone that will understand where they’re coming from.
