I would like to work with adults who want to join in explorative therapy. My primary experience is in community mental health, which includes folks experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, mood disorders, and other mental health symptoms. I believe I am using my strengths when working with folks experiencing stress, wanting to improve relationships with others, who have or are experiencing trauma, people who identify on the LGBTQIA+ spectrum, people in life transitions, wanting to increase self-awareness and/or self-esteem, and those experiencing or recovering from religious trauma.
We can explore and process your thoughts and feelings, and develop goals that will help you move forward. I do this by asking a lot of questions and have found processing and talking to be very helpful. I will provide practical skills that you can use on a daily basis. I offer individual virtual therapy.
I know it can be hard to reach out for support, but I try to make that process as easy as possible! I offer an introductory phone call if you would like before scheduling an official session! If you are interested in learning more about me or my practice, please check out my website! I look forward to exploring life with you!
