If you’ve ever felt like something deeper is going on beneath the surface, and talking about it hasn’t fully helped, you’re not alone. You might feel anxious, disconnected, or stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand. Maybe you have trouble sleeping, feel emotionally numb, or find relationships harder than they “should” be. I offer EMDR, Equine-Assisted therapy, and Deep Brain Reorienting as effective modalities for treating trauma. I often see people who experience complex trauma and dissociative disorders. We may work together virtually or out with the horses. I work with adults, children, and adolescents.
I specialize in helping people who have experienced a sudden loss, whether it be a family member, friend, or beloved pet. I utilize EMDR and deep brain reorienting to help with this issue. I also specialize in dissociative disorders.

Pet Loss and Grief
Losing a beloved pet can be devastating and deeply isolating. This virtual therapy group is designed for adults grieving the loss of a pet and looking for a supportive space to process emotions, share experiences, and feel less alone in their grief. Together, we will explore the impact of loss, coping strategies, the bond we carry with our animals, and the complicated emotions that can come with grief. This is a small, trauma-informed group grounded in compassion, connection, and emotional safety. Group includes discussion, emotional processing, and practical support for navigating grief and life after loss. 6 sessions.
