I work with folks who are in emotional and intimacy disconnect, have the same fights or miscommunications, and want to go deeper & create new possibilities. My areas of focus are couples therapy, CPTSD/ trauma, OCD & anxiety, high- functioning depression, perinatal/ postpartum period, intimacy, and purity culture. I work with couples, individuals, and tween/ teen girls who want a direct & grounded therapist. I specialize in attachment therapy blended with evidence based practices.

My work focuses on relationships to others and self, evolving identities, and processing trauma. My style is direct, conversational, and grounded; I implement relational theories (EFT, narrative), neurobiology, somatic work, parts work, and self-compassion. My specialty is offering a secure and safe space for you to be in as you process your life and goals.

I support those who want to look under the surface. My work is trauma-responsive and consent-based; I see therapy as a space to find courage, discover oneself, and to confront fears in a safe & supportive environment.
