Anxiety, trauma, and relationship concerns are incredibly difficult topics to talk about, and even harder to live with. This is where I come in. I specialize in working with individuals dealing with these specific issues in my practice. I will work with you to gain back control in areas of your life that may be feeling out of control right now. We will work together to find the best therapy style and techniques that best fit you and your needs.
I utilize evidence-based techniques including CBT, narrative, and systems therapies. I am also a brainspotting practitioner; an intervention used to treat various types of trauma.
Healing can be tough, and I have the utmost respect for my clients and admire their bravery and hard work through the therapy process.
