I work with people who feel burnt out, overwhelmed, and unappreciated. My clients are the go-to person for their family and friends but often feel lost in themselves. I specialize working with women dealing with stress, anxiety, trauma, and relationships. We will work together to gain back a sense of control in areas of your life that may be feeling out of control right now. With over 10 years of practicing therapy, I center my private practice to meet you where you are at, and have therapy adjust to fit you, not the other way around.
I do take limited couples therapy clients as well and accept private pay for couples work.
I utilize evidence-based techniques to help retrain your nervous system to be less reactive and use logic and cognition to understand thoughts and feelings. I am also a brainspotting practitioner; an intervention used to treat various types of trauma. I strive to provide a safe, authentic, and compassionate space for all my clients.
