When we have greater awareness of ourselves and our relationships, we are better able to gain a greater sense of belonging and significance.
I am a recent graduate of the Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Nelson University. My training has equipped me to support individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, and other personal difficulties.
