Counseling is an opportunity to manage and work through confusing issues. I support clients using Person-Centered Therapy and Humanistic techniques to heal them from their past, engage with the present, and work toward a consistently healthy future. Focusing on providing nonjudgmental, empathetic services, I aim to help my clients gain a deeper understanding of who they are, what they desire or need, and where they are going in life. When we have greater awareness of ourselves and our relationships, we are better able to gain a greater sense of belonging and significance.
I am in the final year of my program at Southwestern Assemblies of God University, where I am pursuing my Clinical Mental Health Counseling Master of Science degree. My education has prepared me to work with individuals dealing with various issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and other life transitions and difficulties.
Through our therapeutic relationship, we can collaborate to create realistic steps to attain life goals.
