My ideal clients include first responders, active-duty military, veterans, and individuals experiencing trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, and personality-related challenges. They often seek care due to PTSD, chronic stress, emotional dysregulation, disruptions in relationships and family life, or involvement with legal systems. I specialize in providing trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment—including CBT, DBT, CPT, PE, and somatic approaches—to stabilize symptoms, build coping skills, and support lasting behavioral change, resilience, and successful reintegration into daily life and community.
My passion for helping others who make the ultimate sacrifice for our communities and country led me to specialize in trauma work including first responders, active-duty military, veterans, and their spouses. Trauma disrupts an individual’s balance, and my mission is to help those affected restore that balance in their lives.
I believe that everyone holds the capacity for transformation and acknowledge the importance of creating a place for both joy and suffering.
