Trauma can leave deep emotional wounds, affecting your sense of self and relationships. I offer a safe and gentle space to process and heal from past traumas, using trauma-informed practices.
I am here to offer genuine support and acceptance, helping you to embrace and celebrate your authentic self. I use multiple evidence-based methods to tailor sessions to your individual needs. I strive to be a balance of warm and direct, with a sprinkle of curse words and humor.
