I am drawn to working with individuals who may not yet recognize the strength that lives within them. Often, these are people who have known passion, joy, and deep love, yet find themselves feeling frozen, disconnected, or longing for freedom from their current struggles. If you sense that there is more to your life but feel unsure how to access it, you are not alone, and you do not have to navigate that journey by yourself. I value authenticity and genuine connection, and I enjoy working with clients who are willing to courageously explore both their pain and build their capacity.
Therapy with me is a space where we can gently and bravely enter the deepest places of hurt, not to stay there, but to understand them, loosen their grip, and create space for healing and movement forward. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel truly seen, supported, and empowered.
