Kelsey L Yoquinto is not currently accepting new clients.
I provide individual psychotherapy for adults, and I work collaboratively with my clients to explore the challenges they face. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, chronic illness, relationship issues, trauma, and problems with self-esteem. Please NOTE: Email is the best way to contact me for new client consultations, and I am only able to accept BCBS insurance or self-pay. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I currently provide telehealth-only services to clients located in Massachusetts, and I schedule appts: Tues 9:30am-4pm, Wed 9:30am-4pm, and Thurs 9:30am-4pm.
I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework to help clients challenge unhealthy thought patterns and move forward following difficult experiences in their lives. I draw from strength-based approaches and use Narrative Therapy language in sessions to discuss how "the client is not the problem; the problem is the problem."
I am accepting of people of all races, cultures, faiths, sexual orientations, and gender identities. I work with individuals to help develop coping skills and problem-solving techniques to better manage symptoms and life stressors. I believe that the individual is the expert in their own life, and that it is my role to guide and support along the way.
