Howdy! Are you looking for a queer, neurodiverse therapist who will be with you every step of the way toward relief from anxiety and depression? Is your goal to thrive, improve self-esteem and build confidence? Do you like to get a little existential? (And do you identify as a huge nerd?) I may be a good fit! The nuts and bolts of it is—as a therapist, I strive to build a strong therapeutic alliance of trust & deep connection, where clients can relax into their most authentic selves. (There are sensory tools and recliner chairs. Come join me!) You can bring your knitting, and I might bring mine, too!

I specialize in grief & loss, and working with neurodiverse LGBTQIA2+ creative adults, who may be recovering people-pleasers/perfectionists. I aim to use the therapeutic tools I have handy to help you to navigate your life's story and take control of it—shaping it to fit who YOU truly are, and build self-confidence. I will meet you where you are at.
