My role is to hold a non-judgmental, empathetic space where you can finally set some of that weight down, sort through it, and move toward the life you want. Hi, I’m Kelsey and I specialize in helping adults (ages 18-60+) who are working through trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, and life transitions. As a therapist, my style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative.
My approach incorporates EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS)/Parts work, Somatic therapy interventions, and Mindfulness/Meditation practices to support both deep emotional healing and practical coping skills. Together, we’ll work on grounding skills and tools that help you cope, and wade into the patterns keeping you stuck and how we can begin to shift them.
