Currently accepting new clients. Having a child is one of the most pivotal moments we can experience. While it can bring so much joy, it can also bring hardships. Whether dealing with loss of identity, infertility, postpartum anxiety, or postpartum depression, asking for help is so important. We are not meant to feel alone in this journey, but those early months of parenthood can become isolating. In our sessions, we will work together as you navigate this change and grow into this new version of yourself.

I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy. However, I primarily draw principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and the solution-focused perspective. I will work with you to better understand and accept your emotions, learn skills to manage stressors, and clearly identify your values.

I have found that while we all tend to have more in common than we think, each person needs something a little different. My goal is to listen without judgement or preconceived notions and walk alongside you through struggles and towards your goals.
