I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use concerns. My approach is holistic, recognizing the connection between mind and body, tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs. I provide a mix of both structured and unstructured sessions depending on what you are needing on any given day.
