Anxiety, trauma, depression, and PTSD can feel overwhelming, leaving you stuck in patterns that are hard to break on your own. My work focuses on trauma-informed, evidence-based care, with Brainspotting as a core modality alongside EMDR, DBT, Parts work, and attachment-based therapy. Together, we work towards building emotional regulation, increasing self understanding, and helping you feel more grounded, connected, and at peace.
My professional background includes work in the child welfare system, the healthcare system, and hospice which has broadened my scope of understanding various needs and support my ability to help you navigate a difficult season in life.
I find in-person sessions to be the most beneficial for personal growth and therapeutic connection, though tele-health is available when needed. My office is located near Henderson/Las Vegas border. I offer animal assisted therapy and work closely with the LGBTQIA+ community.
