Hello, I am a children, Individual, couples/family, bilingual (English and Spanish) LCSW. I received a BSW and an MSW at FGCU. I am trained in Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault, SASH, and I utilize Eye Movement Integration (EMI), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Attachment-Based Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and commitment Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Mindfulness within my practice. I enjoy working with any individual who desires to educate themselves on their needs and believes in their ability to change.

I believe that each session belongs to both the therapist and the patient, and to the interaction between them. Creating a safe and welcoming environment that will foster change and healing, but most importantly trust. I use wise compassion with my clients; giving loving truth by using honesty at all times. “Feeling felt" is the goal of every session I have.

I have lived abroad throughout my life, granting me the ability to work with vulnerable populations and serve diverse communities in need. My passions lie in working with vulnerable children, survivors of DV and SA, and raising awareness of mental health and the challenges individuals face.
