As a therapist at River Bluff Mental Health, I work with individuals ages 11 and older, either via telehealth or in- person, who may be experiencing challenges related to mental health, addiction, identity development, or life transitions. Many of the clients I support are navigating feelings of uncertainty, overwhelm, or disconnection as they try to better understand themselves and their experiences. They may be looking for a safe place where they can talk openly, feel heard, and explore what they are going through without fear of judgment.
My specialty is supporting individuals who are working through mental health concerns and addiction, while exploring their sense of identity and personal growth. I strive to create a supportive, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves.
