Are you seeking clarity, peace and stability in your life? As a team we will work to bring balance through self-discovery and strength. I specialize in trauma treatment, day-to-day stress, behavior change, attachment patterns, maladaptive coping strategies, anxiety, and depression. I believe in examining the self through a lens of understanding and self-compassion. We will discover and break down the roots of why you're not feeling fully satisfied with your life. Through a collaborative social justice oriented approach to counseling, we'll partner together to move towards healing in both a comfortable and challenging manner.
My approach incorporates being your advocate while working to challenge you to bring about change and growth. I endorse acceptance of the self by digging into the why's of behavior. I am trained in EMDR and have done extensive research regarding somatic and behavioral therapies. I conduct trauma informed care in order to bring about regulation to the body.
Being a therapist has been a lifelong dream of mine and working with clients in their healing journey is the highest honor. We will work together to design and implement a plan to heal and help you live life to your fullest potential. I would love for you to send me a message sharing a bit about what you want support in. Looking forward to meeting you!
