I work with folks who want to overcome the obstacles that have been holding them back from living their best lives. I specialize in working with adults, young people, and teens struggling to manage their lives after trauma and those undergoing major life changes. I am allied with the LGBTQIA+ community and have experience and training working with first responders and veterans. I enjoy working with people who know it is time to take action and are motivated to make a change. I consider it an honor to walk the path & through the fire with my clients as they move toward healing. It is my job to provide anchored support along the way.

Our work will focus on uncovering your strengths & wisdom in an inclusive, affirming, confidential, & you-centered therapeutic environment. Together, we will focus on processing the past and creating the conditions for change & growth in your life. I specialize in using EMDR, DBT, &Depth Psychology to treat Complex/PTSD, Sexual Abuse Survivors, & Responders.
Good therapy begins with finding someone you feel comfortable and safe with. I invite you to visit my website/socials to get to know a bit more about me and my style. If what I am sharing lands for you, then send me a message to set up a 15-minute consultation call to learn more. I wish you the best on your therapy journey. I believe in you, keep going!
