Accepting new clients for telehealth sessions! I particularly enjoy working with college students, young professionals, and adults in life transitions. I have experience supporting adolescents, adults, and elder adults with managing anxiety, depression, caregiver stress, grief, death and dying, family conflict, and relationship issues. I have served individuals with developmental disabilities in the role of therapist and caregiver. Through my work as a hospice social worker, I have guided patients at the end of their lives, and their families, with finding physical and emotional comfort.
I believe we are all capable of healing and growing when we are open to the process. My clients and I work together to determine what process will best support them, whether, to name a few, it is learning and practicing new coping skills, having a safe place to grieve, exploring the effect of past negative experiences, or all of the above.
