I believe in a person- centered, wholistic approach to the clients I serve. In order to heal past experiences, set and accomplish goals, and lead better lives, it is essential to focus on all areas in one's life. By addressing our physical and emotional health, education, career, relationships and more, we begin the path toward healing and growth.
