I have been a therapist for ten years. I am licensed as a mental health counselor and am a certified alcohol and drug counselor. I have experience with a broad range of mental health concerns. I practice mainly using humanistic, or person-centered approach however, I utilize aspects of various theories to best serve and create an individualized experience.
Everyone is capable of change. Throughout my experience I have seen clients make incredible changes. Seeking support is a strength but can be challenging.
