Helping children and teens make sense of big emotions and feel confident in themselves is at the heart of my work. I believe young people thrive when they feel a sense of choice and agency, so I create a space where their voice is valued and their experiences are taken seriously. I am committed to providing an affirming, inclusive environment where all identities, including LGBTQ+ youth, are respected and supported.
My approach combines CBT, DBT, art, and play therapy techniques to create engaging, developmentally appropriate sessions. Depending on the child or teen’s needs, we may build coping skills, talk through challenges, or use creative activities to help them better understand and process their emotions and experiences.
I value partnering with families to support children and teens as they grow, build resilience, and navigate everyday challenges—both big and small. My goal is to help young people feel understood, empowered, and more confident in themselves and their ability to cope with life’s difficulties.
