I am Kelsey, a trauma-informed sex therapist practicing in the states of NY, CT, & FL. I work with individuals and couples experiencing sex- and intimacy-related issues, such as communication challenges, shame, desire discrepancy, ED, pelvic pain, and infidelity, as well as individuals seeking treatment for processing trauma. I am accepting new clients and have immediate availability for a consult.

I work with individuals—particularly men—who experience anxiety, guilt, or internal conflict around their sexual behaviors. My approach is non-pathologizing, focusing on self-exploration rather than shame. With training from the Sexual Health Alliance, I focus on how your past experiences shape your current perceptions of yourself and your relationships.
