I have experience with PTSD, grief, life transitions, navigating intimate relationships, chronic illness, perfectionism, and anxiety. I'm particularly passionate about supporting individuals and couples seeking sex therapy, BDSM/kink practitioners, and people in consensually non-monogamous relationships. I am currently pursuing sex and couples therapist certification via the Sexual Health Alliance.

My goal is to create a safe, empathetic space where we can harness your inner strengths. With training in EMDR, IFS, and experience in CBT and DBT, I focus on how your life experiences shape your perceptions and sense of self. Together, we'll craft a personalized treatment plan that supports your unique goals.

This virtual closed group offers a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals of all identities to explore the impact of past betrayal, share experiences, and receive support in navigating the dating again. The group will focus on healing attachment wounds, rebuilding self-worth, and developing healthy boundaries in future relationships. This closed support group for adult children who are estranged from their parent/caregiver/family offers a supportive and affirming space where members will be empowered to openly share their experience with estrangement and parental abuse/trauma that preceded. We will sit with folks as they process things like abuse and exploitation, and explore a variety of related topics such as chosen family, coping, post traumatic guilt, self worth and compassion, trust and grief.
