Rebuilding trust and intimacy after experiencing infidelity can be deeply challenging, especially when stepping into new relationships. This virtual closed group offers a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals of all identities to explore the impact of past betrayal, share experiences, and receive support in navigating the dating again. The group will focus on healing attachment wounds, rebuilding self-worth, and developing healthy boundaries in future relationships. Together, we will work toward transforming hurt into resilience and finding renewed hope in love.

No Contact: Estranged Adult Children Support Group
This closed support group for adult children who are estranged from their parent/caregiver/family offers a supportive and affirming space where members will be empowered to openly share their experience with estrangement and parental abuse/trauma that preceded. We will sit with folks as they process things like abuse and exploitation, and explore a variety of related topics such as chosen family, coping, post traumatic guilt, self worth and compassion, trust and grief. Who: Adults (18+) who are estranged from their parents(s)/ caregiver(s)/ other family member(s)
