Hi, I’m Kelsey. I know reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, so my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself from the start. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and Lifespan Integration to meet your unique needs. Therapy with me is about real conversations, practical support, and meaningful growth at a pace that feels right for you.
My approach is trauma informed, strengths based and person centered. I value authenticity, connection and meeting clients where they are without judgment. I often incorporate elements of CBT, DBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and relational approaches depending on each client's needs and goals. I'm also trained in Lifespan Integration Therapy.
First session is really about connection and understanding your story. We'll talk about what's been weighing on you, and what you'd like support with. There is no pressure to share everything all at once - we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
