My goal is to use an individualized approach to meet each person where they are in their personal growth journey and support them in discovering and achieving the change they most want to see.

This process often times brings about difficult-to-tolerate emotions, but we will work together each step of the way to challenge those thoughts and emotions, and replace them with self-compassion, acceptance, and gentleness.
