Hello and welcome! I am so glad you have decided to find some guidance. The world we live in is messy and uncertain. Sometimes, it throws horribly painful experiences our way. I am passionate about helping people from all walks of life learn how to cope and feel better. I am a trauma-focused therapist. I work with a myriad of issues that trauma can often manifest as while using modalities that help us tolerate and find a sense of calm with even the most difficult emotions.

In addition to trauma, I also have experience with personality disorders, psychosis, and complex relational issues. I am in process to become a certified eating disorder professional through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals. I am trained in EMDR- a trauma therapy modality.
