Life and relationships can be challenging, and sometimes we need help along our journey. As a therapist, I offer emotional support, and provide encouragement as clients pursue their emotional, physical, and mental health goals. I take great care in providing a safe space as clients process difficult emotions and work on healing from painful experiences. I help clients identify and develop their strengths, improve the quality of their relationships, and discover deeper meaning and purpose in life. I view counseling as a collaborative process, and I tailor my approach to complement each person’s unique needs and circumstances.
I have experience working with people struggling with various mental health issues. I specialize in helping young adults and older adults struggling with depression and anxiety. My approach is holistic and I utilize CBT, Mindfulness, and Brief Solution Focused Therapy techniques, as well as spirituality and creativity as a means towards healing and growth.
I believe all people have value and the potential to grow and improve themselves. I am part of the full-time clinical team at Alpine Behavioral Health, and I am accepting new clients.
