My heartfelt intent is to uplift people to find peace, compassion, and deep connection in life. Imagine breaking free from repetitive, scary, and hurtful thoughts & feelings; feeling secure, serene, & at home with yourself even on hard days; knowing you're capable, worthy, and connected to love. If you or your child struggle with isolation, hopelessness, unworthiness, people pleasing, or feeling "out of control" or “stuck” in areas of life, I would love to support you to thrive.
My style is accepting, insightful, playful, and body-wise—a warm, gentle presence creating space to be nurtured, explore change, and transmute suffering. With teens, I use humor and realness to make room to explore struggles, successes, and worries. For adults and children, play therapy helps everyone feel understood and imagine new ways of being together.
My work under Dr. Lindsay Steigner's supervision (PSY24676) merges talk therapy in English & Spanish with somatic modalities, creative expression, cultural awareness, and neuroscientific techniques to holistically treat anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and complex mood, personality, & developmental disorders.
