I am a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over three years of experience working with children, teens, and adults. I specialize in helping individuals and families navigate a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship conflicts, anger, stress, trauma, and PTSD.

I completed my Master of Social Work at Sacred Heart University, and I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, self-compassion techniques, motivational interviewing, and play therapy techniques.

My main goal is to assist individuals and families in exploring the tools they need to build healthier relationships with themselves and others. I help clients identify areas in their lives they wish to grow and take manageable steps toward achieving those goals.
