I especially enjoy working with folks facing anxiety, overwhelming life changes, and relationship concerns. Often, I see people who in many regards function well enough, but struggle with deep pain or dissatisfaction that is difficult to grasp, let alone, release.
My style of therapy is collaborative, supportive, and encouraging. I act as a helper in the growth process while empowering clients to examine their own thoughts, feelings and behaviors to better advocate for their own success. I work to create an environment that allows others to do the things they are capable of at their best.
There are automatic and unconscious ways we often mask our pain that prevent us from a greater sense of aliveness and freedom to live fully. I am here to help you become more present with yourself and the world around you in a way that supports a soulful connection to your authentic self, enhances meaning in your relationships, and promotes peace.
