Kelsey Edwards believes that it is fundamentally true that people are operating in the world the best they can with the tools that they have. Sometimes people need a safe and loving environment to build on those tools and reach a place of peace and prosperity for themselves and for their families. Kelsey strives to empower individuals to enhance their lives and create meaningful change that will have a lifelong impact.
Kelsey has extensive experience working with and advocating for children who have undergone abuse and neglect and is skilled in helping family units heal from adversity. She is trained in Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) and incorporates many aspects of this in her therapeutic approach with her clients.
Kelsey enjoys working with people from all walks of life and utilizes many aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and Motivational Interviewing in practice. Kelsey is transparent with her clients and shares with them sources of her treatment such as books, websites, articles and more.
