Welcome! I am certified EMDR therapist treating adults looking to feel unstuck from burnout and ongoing stress. Often these symptoms may be linked to a deeper issue that we can identify together. I can help you navigate those deeper issues to have a more fulfilled future.

It can be difficult to figure out where to start when looking at current symptoms and deeper rooted issues. I use EMDR therapy and somatic therapy to better understand current symptoms and past negative experiences that will help us plan for an improved future.

As a trauma therapist it is of the utmost importance to me for you to feel safe to process issues or problems you are currently facing. Together we can delve deeper into the meaning of these issues and how they are connected to what is showing up in your life currently.
