I work with individuals who are experiencing stress or betrayal in their relationships. I specialize in helping clients navigate narcissistic abuse, infidelity, and divorce. I am certified as a Master Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Practitioner and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), both of which are evidence-based therapies for trauma. I take a directive and collaborative approach to identify patterns of behavior in your relationships and equip you with the tools to create growth and work towards your personal goals.

I have experience working with adults, couples, and families navigating relationship issues, marriage counseling, trauma, codependency, family conflict, heartbreak, and anxiety. I have worked in a variety of settings, including PHP, IOP, and outpatient levels of care. Upon request, I integrate counseling with a Christian faith-based approach.
