Hello, my name is Kelsey Crafton, a therapist dedicated to creating a caring and validating environment for you - especially during life’s challenging moments. Reaching out when you need support can be challenging, but I am here to help you embrace your authentic self, develop goals that fit your life and foster a relationship with you grounded in trust and acceptance. Whether you are an individual struggling or a couple/family looking to strengthen your bonds, I can guide you through exploring your needs and discovering tools to enhance your overall well-being.
I utilize a compassionate client-centered counseling approach and integrative tools to meet your specific needs as an individual, couple, or family. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults through depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, polyamory and alternative relationship structures, and gender or sexual identity exploration.
I understand it can be challenging to make the first appointment, but therapy is here if you need additional support or to make a change in your life. I offer sessions outside of 9-5 work days in person or through Telehealth to accommodate busy schedules. I would love the opportunity to work with you. Call or email me to schedule your appointment!
