I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I provide individual therapy for pre-teens, teens, and adults in a cozy office where you can show up exactly as you are. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, relationships, and the general heaviness of everyday life. My approach is relational, creative, and deeply collaborative. I blend warmth, humor, and occasional unconventional approaches with thoughtful clinical work to create a space that feels safe and genuinely human.
I help clients move beyond coping by building the capacity to face discomfort, move through emotions, and relate to themselves with greater steadiness. I utilize EMDR, attachment therapy, parts work, exposure therapy, and expressive arts depending on each client’s unique needs. I am a believer in Christ and welcome clients of all backgrounds and faiths.
