I believe in a collaborative, Strengths-based, Psychodynamic approach that starts with searching for the root of what you're struggling with. Once we understand ourselves and our contexts better, we are more equipped to find resolutions or relief in the here-and-now. We will work towards your goals in a way that feels productive yet not overwhelming.
