Grieving Through Art
This group allows participants to process grief through creative expression and storytelling. By recreating a meaningful photo (prepared by the therapist into a personalized paint-by-number canvas), participants participants externalize memories, honor loved ones, and engage in storytelling that fosters connection, meaning-making, and continuing bonds. This process helps normalize the ongoing nature of grief while supporting regulation and community healing.
