About
Life is full of ebbs and flows. At times, life can seem overwhelming and unmanageable but I believe we each possess the tools within ourselves to overcome these difficult waves. My goal is to help you uncover those tools and assist you in achieving the life satisfaction you deserve! It takes courage to seek help, and by taking this step you have already proven yourself to possess a special strength. At the core of my practice, is a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to be truly understood.
Although I work with clients of all ages, I have a special passion for assisting children and teens in regulating strong emotions and behaviors. I also work as a School Counselor which gives me a deep understanding of resources and accommodations for children who struggle academically, socially, and behaviorally.
If you, your loved one, or your family is ready to move past that issue that's been holding you back or causing undue stress or strain, I’m ready to help. I feel honored to do this work with you and am committed to providing you a therapeutic environment with respect, presence, and compassionate care. Please reach out to me to begin the healing process.
