Feelings and emotions, ugh. They can make or break our day sometimes. It’s ok though, let’s talk about it. Life is hard, but you don't have to do it alone. Everyday burdens can feel unbearable or too hard to manage on your own. It takes courage to take the first step and ask for help. I also want you to be able to self-reflect without any judgment while learning how to cope with life's stressors. I find it most beneficial to utilize therapeutic strategies from a cognitive behavioral, person centered, and integrative point of view.
I am committed to providing the support my clients need, which encourages their inner strengths and desires.
