I specialize in working with teens and young adults to help them address; self-esteem, self-efficacy, addiction, relationship conflicts, and emotional regulation difficulties. I also work with adults to help them address; addiction, relationship building, increasing communication skills, chemical use and behavioral concerns with their children, as well as helping them find balance in their own lives. I am uniquely qualified to provide counseling services that address both chemical dependency and mental health issues. I have completed two Master degree programs and am dually licensed. I hold a LADC (License Alcohol and Drug Counselor) as well as a LPCC (License Professional Clinical Counselor).
I have over 10 years of experience working in residential and outpatient settings including Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation where I specialized in working with adolescents, young adults and families. I also worked in an outpatient setting with M Health Fairview where I specialized in working with adults with co-occurring disorders.
