Kelsea has a wide range of experience providing services for clients from diverse backgrounds. She has also had extensive training in domestic violence response and uses those skills to help clients who need crisis intervention, safety planning, or trauma-informed care. Kelsea works to provide a safe space for clients to process life challenges and recover from trauma. She enjoys helping clients to identify their own personal values and work toward their life goals.
Kelsea graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. She practices an eclectic approach that integrates elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy, mindful self-compassion and motivational interviewing.
