I am passionate about working with teens and adults facing issues with self esteem, identity, grief, emotional dysregulation, stress and relationships.
I offer a person centered and empowering approach through telehealth for Colorado, Texas, Iowa and Florida clients. I draw most from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) . Basically, I will be there to listen and provide you with the tools to move forward towards change confidently!
